1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Worldforge AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

2. Description of Service

Worldforge AI is an AI-powered storytelling platform that utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist users in creative writing, world-building, and role-playing. We provide tools for generating narratives, character development, and interactive story management.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account via Google OAuth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal or harmful content. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, promotes violence, or depicts sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM).
  • Create content that promotes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
  • Attempt to bypass AI safety filters or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without a refund and, where necessary, reporting to legal authorities.

5. Content & AI Outputs

Ownership: You retain ownership of the original narratives and prompts you create. AI Output: You acknowledge that AI-generated content is probabilistic. Worldforge AI does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or non-offensiveness of the outputs. Users are encouraged to review and edit AI outputs before use.

6. Payments and Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.

Refund Policy: Due to the high operational costs associated with GPU processing for AI generation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once credits or subscription periods have been utilized. If you encounter technical issues, please contact our support team.

7. Intellectual Property

The Worldforge AI name, logo, code, and design are the exclusive property of Worldforge AI. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.

8. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe that any content hosted on our Service violates your copyright, please send a notice to support@worldforge-ai.com including the specific location of the material and proof of ownership.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Service shall be instituted in a court within the United States.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL WORLDFORGE AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
